training concept
In cooperation with the Schleswig-Holstein aviation authority, the AuG Kiel has received a special ascent permit for the implementation of SORA and flying with drones on wind turbines outside the field of vision. The training concepts developed for safe flying in wind turbines include all the legally required rules for UAV's and HSE management for pilots, manufacturers and operators.
The VDSI specialist group "Renewable Energies" has developed the VDSI Rule 02/2019 on the topic "Use of drones in onshore / offshore wind turbines". Based on years of experience in HSE management and drone deployment, the AuG Kiel has taken over the project management.
As part of its training concept, the AuG Kiel offers all legally required qualifications as well as solution-oriented drone training and components. The drone-based flight service can also be implemented individually, depending on the customer's requirements.
